EMMA HEAP

​Emma is an audiobook narrator and her love for all things fantasy make this her happy place. Whether it's a cosy fireside read or something a little darker. Her youthful, polished, melodious voice makes her a perfect fit for a YA or NA and she enjoys nothing more than getting lost in a twisty-turny mystery thriller and is often cast as the reluctant hero.

Originally a musician from Nottinghamshire, Emma moved to Cardiff to attend University and achieve her BSc in Music Production and Technology. Whilst in Cardiff she met her husband and they soon moved to Manchester where she began her career in audio, working at a TV and Film Post Production House. One of Emma's proudest achievements was being the Supervising Foley Artist on the film Starfish.

In addition to her love of telling stories and generally devouring books, Emma enjoys doing yoga, snuggling up with a good film, being in nature and spending time with family (especially holidays!). Some of her favourite destinations include Mexico, the Maldives and Cyprus. She absolutely adores Cyprus - so much so that she named both of her daughters after Greek Godesses!
